Jeanne Cahill

Jeanne Cahill has devoted her life to service—from her humble beginnings in rural South Georgia during the Great Depression to her work alongside President Jimmy Carter and advocacy for women’s rights on the national stage.

A lifelong volunteer and political trailblazer, Jeanne’s dedication led her to leadership roles on the Georgia Commission on the Status of Women and the White House Conference on Families. When told her decades of service “didn’t count,” she founded a successful fitness business and later graduated as valedictorian of Berry College at age 75.

Now in her 90s, Jeanne continues to inspire with her unwavering energy and belief in purpose. Her memoir, Call Me Jeanne, celebrates resilience, love, and a life richly lived.
